October 26, 2019: S10e, S10, and S10+ users at Verizon are receiving a new software update today. It comes with new features for the camera app dynamic lock screen, ‘Link to Windows’ feature, Samsung DeX, and the October security update. The feature-rich update arrives as build BSIO. So the full software version of the update for the S10e, S10, and S10+ is G970USQU2BSIO, G973USQU2BSIO and G975USQU2BSIO respectively. In the camera app, you get new features like:
  • AR Doodle
  • Super steady video recording
  • Live Focus
  • Hyperlapse for the front camera
  • Night mode on all the three rear cameras and front camera, and much more.
October 25, 2019: The second One UI 2 update is rolling out for S10 users in South Korea, the US (locked and unlocked), and Germany. The software version is the same as the Indian version — ZSJF — and the November 2019 security patch is included.
October 25, 2019: Samsung has rolled out One UI 2 beta for the Galaxy S10 users in India. The beta program is kicking off directly from the second update. Making sure the users in the region don’t lag behind. The OTA, which carries software version ZSJF — G975FXXU3ZSJF for the S10 Plus, S10, and S10e brings the November 2019 security patch. In other news, One UI 2 beta registration for the S10 5G has gone live in South Korea.
October 24, 2019: Samsung is rolling out a biometric update, which takes care of the fingerprint scanner concern reported by multiple users around the globe. The issue only affected devices that use a specific type of silicone cover. The affected devices would register the imprinted back of the cover as a fingerprint, which enabled the devices to be unlocked even through unregistered prints.
October 21, 2019Sprint has released a software update for the Galaxy S10 lineup. The OTA, which carries the October 2019 security patch, carries software version G970USQU2BSIOG973USQU2BSIO, and G975USQU2BSIO, for the S10e, S10, and S10 Plus, respectively. The update brings new features to the camera app (including AR Doodle), support for Link to Windows feature, Samsung DeX, and more. See the full changelog in the table below.
October 12, 2019: The Android 10 update is now available for the S10 users in Korea. It should be available for the S10 users in the US and Germany from October 14th, Monday, with India and UK set to receive the update in the next few days after that.
October 11, 2019: The October security update is now also available for the US Unlocked Galaxy S10 sets. Nothing else seems to be the part of the update besides the new security patches, though. It was already available for the Global model but none of the carrier models in the US have received the October update yet.
October 09, 2019: Samsung US has announced the One UI 2 beta program too. It says that the Android 10 beta program will soon be made available for the Sprint, T-Mobile, and US Unlocked users of the Galaxy S10e, S10 and S10+ models in the US. The update is also coming to Europe. It didn’t say anything about S10 5G, but we presume that it will be up for Android 10 at a later date.
September 27, 2019: The US Unlocked Galaxy S10e, S10, and S10+ models are also receiving the September update now, coming in as build BSI4, thus the full software version being G970U1UES2BSI4, G973U1UES2BSI4, and G975U1UES2BSI4 respectively.
September 26, 2019AT&T has started rolling out the September 2019 security patch for the Galaxy S10 family. The OTA carries software version G970USQS2ASI6, G973USQS2ASI6, G975USQS2ASI6, and G977UUCS2YSI1 for the Galaxy S10e, S10, S10 Plus, and S10 5G, respectively. Nope, it doesn’t bring Note 10 features to the AT&T S10.
